What really happens at the Houses of Parliament?
Come inside and see!
Vital stats: Free politics for all ages in Westminster
The Houses of Parliament - where some of the most important decisions affecting your life are made - are open to the public... and it's free!

You've probably seen this building on TV, but how would you like a guided tour around the place?
You get to see the House of Lords, The House of Commons where politicians debate, and the Queen's Robing Room amongst other things.
One of the tours even includes climbing to the top of the Clock Tower (Big Ben).
You'll find out what exactly goes on at Westminster, and you even get to stand in the exact same spot as the Prime Minister when he talks in the House of Commons (the one with the green seats!)

To get on the tour you have to apply through your local MP or through a Lord. Your local MP's details can be found using the Westminster tours info site.
